Quick Update For Shipping

Hello Clickpack X backers,
We’re receiving much response that some backers still haven’t received their backpacks since January shipping.
If you didn’t complete the survey on BackerKit on time, your Clickpack X has not been shipped. If you haven't, please check your email for the survey and fill in your shipping information as soon as possible.
As the China virus outbreak is affecting the whole Asian region, our production activities are expected to slow down, which means an impact could be fairly broad. Half materials are out of stock, and we have to wait for another batch of fabric to proceed in production. We don’t want to purchase the fabric from other resources since we don’t want to risk poor quality or unforeseen issues.
If your Clickpack X was deformed during the delivery, please load your backpack as full as possible and keep its status for 8 hours that will regain its form.
For those backers who haven’t got a tracking number, we will keep you posted for the delivery date.

Hello Backers,
We’ve been working with our manufacturer night and day, and as a result, the first batch of Christmas pledges shipped one month earlier than the estimated delivery.
Christmas Shipping
Chrismas shipping was a great idea from the Korin team, we couldn't imagine how our backers will be happy about receiving their Clickpack X at Christmas time. This is our 3rd time on Kickstarter. We trust our manufacturer, but we entrusted another new forwarder partner in China to accomplish the delivery in November. The new forwarder was very confident to ship all the Christmas pledges on time, "on-time delivery before Chrismas" is a mission that must be done. And yes, we did the Christmas shipping, but we knew there are still a few of you who won’t receive your Christmas pledges and this is making you down for the Christmas, we feel sorry about that.

We initially set a deadline of November 22nd for these surveys, no matter if you are a Christmas backer or not, please complete the survey on BackerKit ASAP. Quality Problems
Any defective backpack could be replaced. Please send an email to hello@korin-design.com, don’t forget to take a picture/video and tell us the problem of your backpack, our QC staff will get a backpack to you soon.

Hi ClickPack X backers,
So much thank you for your patience and your precious time waiting for our reply! We’ve received many questions from you but we may not get back to you one by one in time. In this update, we are going to answer the most frequently asked questions.
1. I added a 2nd bag during BackerKit survey system, are my bags shipped together? I only got 1 tracking number and not sure if both were included or not.
No worries about that! We’re providing one tracking number but they are shipped individually. Another backpack is also on the way to your hand as well.
2. Can you confirm if the side pocket for the umbrella/water bottle is actually composed of two pockets (one accessible inside and the other outside)?
This question has been answered during the campaign before! Yes, they are actually composed of two pockets. We recommended putting your wet items(umbrella or sweat cloth) in the outside pocket, water bottle in the inside pocket.
3. You promised to provide a rain cover for free! But I can’t find it…
Yes, we promised it and we did it. Please check your backpack carefully, we’ve put a rain cover in a small and black bag inside of your ClickPack X.
4. I'm a backer of Christmas delivery, but I'm afraid of not receiving my pledge before Christmas. What should I do?
Please check If you've completed your BackerKit survey before the "locked date". If yes, definitely your pledge is now on the way to your hands, and you should have received a tracking number from BackerKit notification. If not, unfortunately, we are going to deliver them in December.

Please check your inbox which is connected with your Kickstarter account, and fill in your shipping information at your earliest convenience. The survey is the key to us having your shipping information. We need this information to process the next important step in the delivery. For the early backers of our campaign, we are providing an add-on option. You can get an extra backpack at a very decent price. If this is of interest to you, just select the add-on item and follow the payment options.

THE MASS PRODUCTION IS IN PROGRESS
The end of the campaign is just the beginning. In order to deliver the ClickPack X in time to all backers, the mass production is in progress running even we haven’t received the funds from Kickstarter.
WE'LL USE BETTER LOGISTICS COMPANIES
As a 3rd time creator, we knew we could do better for the shipping. We are going to use better logistics companies to ensure that you receive the Clickpack X on time. This has been our promise all along and we intend to keep it.

If you are new on Kickstarter, you may ask where to fill your receiving address. Just like we did before, we’d like to use BackerKit to manage all your pledges. IF YOUR PAYMENT FAILED
Some backers' payment maybe failed to pay on Kickstarter. This may originate from your expired credit card or other validity issues if you can't fix it by talking to your bank, we recommend you to replace your credit card asap. If you have credit card issues, please fix your credit card before 11/15/2019 (only 6 days to go). Otherwise, you won't be our first backer again as the Kickstarter system will exclude you from the campaign.
But the special Kickstarter crowdfunding pricing will never be available to anyone else again. If you miss your chance to get your Clickpack X or ClickSling from Kickstarter, you could get them on Indiegogo Indemand store.
