Hi backers,

Per our previous update, we will resume to shipping in July. Today, we would like to update the status of our last batch of the shipment. In July, we’ve been continuing to roll through fulfillment, and shipped out 152 rewards on Kickstarter and 905 rewards on Indiegogo. You should have gotten an email notification or you may have already gotten your shipments. If you have yet got your email about tracking number, for Kickstarter backers please log in to Backerkit; for Indiegogo backers check it in your order.

We apologize to our backers for the significant delay in fulfillment. To be honest, as a start-up company, we are deficiency of facing this critical global health crisis. We are working hard to adjust and persist through hard times. We're immensely thankful for your support. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for your continuous feedback, which has steered the direction of our company. For those of you who have yet to receive your rewards, thank you for your patience with us. We hope that all of y'all are safe and sound in special time.

Shipping Update 3

Hi backers,

We are currently focused on the change of the air cargo industry for our return to shipping service, and now are excited to share a new that we will start to ship the rewards in July. Today, we get feedback from our freight forwarders that the majority of airlines will continuously resume service and ramp up the capacity soon. It is essential for us to send the rewards out and enable all backers to receive your backpacks. So, packing, departure to our warehouse, and delivery are our next tasks. If you need to change your address due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact, DM us and we will help you change it ASAP. Thank you for your patience and your understanding.

Shipping Update 2

Hi  backers,

As mentioned in our previous update, due to COVID-19’s impact, we have to delay shipping. We are trying our best to explore other shipping options with hopes we could ship out early. So far, we have initiated contact with more than 20 freight forwarders and compared their quotes and modes of transport. We followed news that there had been a bump in air freight activity. But, that bump grew into a spike which translated into prices that were still quite high in May. With reduced capability, air cargo is still a resource that is extremely lacking with increased demand to send emergency medical equipment and supplies to healthcare workers or deliver necessary goods to individuals. We are just waiting for more capability. 

Additionally, we did consider the ocean option - boat shipment. Although ocean freight prices have been relatively stable, due to indeterminate delivery times or limited capacity and unpredictable risks, ocean freight is not a good choice for us. Thus, we are sorry to inform you that we have to suspend the second round of shipping until mid-July. We sincerely apologize for the significant delays in fulfillment. As we promised, we guarantee that you, all of our backers, will receive your backpacks. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipment Update

Hi, 

As you are all aware COVID-19 is impacting supply chains and flight operations; and many governments have decided to suspend flights and shut down air space for international commerce. This means that even cargo planes are running on limited schedules. As a result, we cannot ship your rewards out right now, and are sorry to announce that we may not be able to ship orders until late May. 

We totally understand that many of our backers can’t wait to receive our bags, and so, this is not the best news for you. We are trying our best to continue to explore other shipping options to ship as early as we can. Please rest assured that paused shipping during this COVID-19 pandemic was not our plan, it does not mean you will not receive your bags. 

We guarantee that every backer, even to the last batch of shipments, will receive their bags. We will continue to monitor the situation and reach out to logistics companies at all levels to ensure delivery remains everyone’s priority under safe circumstances.

Again, we do apologize for delayed shipping. Your support is everything for us and you've helped us grow in this campaign. Thank you for your understating and your patience. We wish for everybody's safety. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone at this time.
